UBCO students say that they urgently require a route to safely commute from Kelowna to campus. The Okanagan Rail Trail can play that role. Kelsey Serwa, Canada Ski Cross member, Olympic silver medalist and commuter, appreciates the value that the rail trail will provide to her hometown of Kelowna.
